Where can I find instructions on how to install my product?
The readme.tx file that comes with every CyanoGraphics product contains all necessary literature for each theme.

How much is copyright removal?
Free! You are not required to link back to CyanoGraphics.com, although you are expected to at least back link to us sitewide or donate to us (scroll down to the footer and buy me a beer). If you join our affiliate program, you can always link to us with your affiliate URL and make money.

Can I install a product on multiple domains or on a friend/clients website?
When you purchase a product, you are allowed to install it on one domain name. Multiple domain licenses are available on most products. Only in that case can you install the same theme on multiple websites. There is no option however for multiple users. If you purchase a product, it can only be used by the person who purchased the license. If you sell your website, it is up to you to make them agree to and be aware of our terms.

Are all CyanoGraphics products exclusive to one user?
If we ever offer a product that will be sold exclusively to one user, it will be clearly marked. But for the most part, all CyanoGraphics products are non-exclusive, meaning we plan on selling the same products multiple times.

Where can I get support for my purchase?
You can easily submit a support ticket at help.cyanographics.com where someone will contact you as soon as possible, usually within a business day. Support follows an Eastern Time Zone schedule. To find out what time it is where we are, click here.

Can you help me modify my website?
Please don't contact us because you need help installing mods, creating custom mods or changing colors or elements around on your website. If you need support for a technical problem related to a product you bought from us, we are more than happy to help, but the time spent helping customers with more trivial issues like the ones mentioned take a huge toll on the time available to make new products or help people who really need it.

What is the CyanoGraphics refund/exchange policy?
We do not accept refund requests, because as the case with most digital product companies, there is no way for us to know if you truly deleted the purchased files from your computer. We do not accept exchange requests for this same reason. You must be absolutely certain that you want any product you purchase from us.

How can I get a link to my website listed as a demo?
Simply contact us with your website link and title so we can review your request and get you listed.

I am using a nulled or ripped script, can I still purchase your products?
No, and you should be ashamed of yourself for stealing someone else' hard work and bringing distrust to the industry. I will gladly turn you in, so don't bring your business around here.

I like your ideas and I want to rip/copy them for profit, what are you going to do about it?
Our work is protected by not only copyright, but DMCA.com as well. We will take whatever legal action that is available to us.

Can I redistribute or sell your products?
Not under any circumstances. You can however sign up for our affiliate program and make money promoting us. The only other site that you might see selling our themes are ecscripts.com
