Below are clarifications of a few frequently asked questions our customers have had over the years about setting up and customizing their websites the way they want. Please read over and follow these tutorials before submitting a support ticket or asking for help.

If you are having a technical problem with one of our products that can't be explained here or in our FAQs, please submit a support ticket at help.cyanographics.com.

All of our themes are CSS based, so you can modify all colors, widths, heights, backgrounds, etc... simply by modifying one file that is included with your order. This file can usually be found simply by going to
  /templates/THEME_NAME/style.css
(this may be different depending on which script you are using).

Once you find your stylesheet, you just need to find the code that controls what you want to change. This seems pretty difficult with all that code to sort through, but it wont be after your read/watch Lesson 2.

I created the following video to show you the easiest way to modify your stylesheet. All you need is Mozilla Firefox (which you absolutely need if you plan on building websites) and a clever tool called Firebug. Both are free and links to them can be found in the video description.

Firebug will make your life so much easier, and it will make my life easier for you to know how to use it, since after every sale I make, I get about 20 emails asking me how to do exactly what I did in this video.
